Diatomaceous earths are natural materials that consist of fossils. They have insecticidal properties which can repel insects. Thus, their use can be effective for grain storage protection. This report focuses on the activities and discussions from a specific meeting of the Pesticide Application and Registration Technical Subcommittee in Tanzania.
